Having breakfast overlooking the docks is one of the best thing to do on a Saturday morning. Having strong windy weather didn’t stop us.
Better vitamin and mineral intake. With 20 vitamins and minerals, avocados are undoubtedly nutritious. And people who eat them have more nutritious diets that include more fruits and veggies overall, plus more fiber, vitamins E and K, magnesium, potassium, and healthy monounsaturated fat (MUFAs), according to one study. Avocado eaters also had lower intakes of added sugar. Though it’s technically considered a fruit (yes, a fruit!), because avocados provide MUFAs and due to how they’re used in recipes and meals, I (along with many nutrition experts) describe avocados as a plant-based fat.
5g kale frozen
5g spinach frozen
(Use frozen leafs as it blends better)
5g goji berries
2g flax seeds powdered
2g chai seeds
A few fresh berries
1/2 glass juice to your personal taste.
( I tend to go for orange or lychee juice)
Blend all in a blender in the highest setting for 3 minutes. Less time if you have nutribullet.
Add juice first as it stops items from sticking to the bottom.
Spinach has an extremely high nutritional value and is rich in antioxidants.
Kale is high in fiber and water. Both of these help prevent constipation and promote regularity and a healthy digestive tract.
Goji berries are alleged to boost the immune system and brain activity, protect against heart disease and cancer, and improve life expectancy. They also contain vitamin C, vitamin B2, vitamin A, iron, selenium and other antioxidants.
Flax seeds is one of the most powerful plant foods on the planet. There’s some evidence it may help reduce your risk of heart disease, cancer, stroke, and diabetes
It also contain Omega-3 essential fatty acids, Lignans, which have both plant estrogen and antioxidant qualities and Fiber.
Chai seeds are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium. Omega-3 fatty acids help raise HDL cholesterol, the “good” cholesterol that protects against heart attack and stroke.
All of this is one drink.
